• 1.1 Pure Technology Provider: Auto Tech Robotics (ATR) operates strictly as a technology infrastructure and software development provider. The Company is not a stockbroker, financial advisor, wealth manager, or tax consultant.
• 1.2 Non-SEBI Registered Entity: The Company is not registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) as an Investment Advisor or Research Analyst.
• 1.3 No Trading Recommendations: Any information, source code, parameters, discussions, or technical support provided via our website, documentation, or consultancy sessions are strictly for educational and technical development purposes. Nothing shared by ATR should be construed as financial advice, trading tips, or a recommendation to buy or sell any financial instruments.

2. MARKET RISKS AND TRADING LOSSES

• 2.1 Inherent Market Risk: Trading in financial markets—including equities, commodities, forex, and particularly derivatives (Futures & Options)—involves extreme financial risk. There is a substantial risk of losing your entire trading capital.
• 2.2 No Guarantees of Profit: Algorithmic trading (Algo Trading) configurations are built based on mathematical logic and historical data backtesting. ATR makes no guarantees, representations, or warranties that any algorithmic script will generate consistent profits or prevent losses in live market conditions.
• 2.3 Absolute Exclusion of Liability: In no event shall Auto Tech Robotics (ATR), its directors, or developers be held legally, financially, or morally liable for any financial losses, capital depletion, broker account liquidations, or regulatory blocks incurred by the Client while using our rented or customized software. The Client bears sole and absolute responsibility for all live trading outcomes, profits, and losses.

3. TECHNICAL GLITCHES, LATENCY, AND SERVER DOWNTIME

• 3.1 Infrastructure Dependencies: Algorithmic execution relies heavily on continuous internet connectivity, third-party broker API stability, and real-time live data feeds.
• 3.2 No Warranty on Uninterrupted Service: While ATR deploys highperformance VPS/RDP environments to maintain optimal technical uptime, the Company does not warrant that server connectivity, network relays, or script executions will be 100% uninterrupted, error-free, or secure from cyberattacks.
• 3.3 Technical Failure Clause: ATR shall not be held liable for any financial damages arising from third-party broker API failures, data feed latencies (delayed pricing), unexpected software bugs, system drops, network disconnections, or force majeure events that prevent or execute faulty trades.

4. CUSTOMIZED ALGO SOFTWARE AND STRATEGY OWNERSHIP

• 4.1 Logical Transformation Only: Under our custom engineering services, ATR merely translates the specific mathematical rules, parameters, and logical strategies provided by the Client into executable programming code.
• 4.2 Strategy Performance Accountability: The Company takes zero responsibility for the structural validity, profitability, or live market behavior of the trading logic supplied by the Client. Once the software code or script is delivered to the Client, the performance, deployment, and risk management of that software in live markets rest entirely and exclusively with the Client.

5. VPS / RDP HOSTING INFRASTRUCTURE

• 5.1 Data and Credential Security: ATR provides only the core server infrastructure (Hardware & Network line). The Client is solely responsible for maintaining localized data backups, managing software licenses inside the server, and protecting server access credentials, passwords, and broker API keys.
• 5.2 Zero Server Monitoring: The Company maintains a strict zero-monitoring policy and does not view or access the active processes inside the Client’s rented VPS/RDP environment. Consequently, the Client is fully liable for any data breaches, misconfigurations, or operational misuse occurring inside their provisioned server instance.

6. GENERAL LIMITATIONS AND GOVERNING LAW

• 6.1 Third-Party Components: ATR has no control over external platforms (e.g., TradingView, MetaTrader, broker terminals). Any architectural updates or policy overhauls by these third parties that impact ATR software execution are outside the Company's liability.
• 6.2 Maximum Liability Cap: In the event of any unforeseen legal dispute, the total collective financial liability of the Company shall strictly not exceed the actual fees paid by the Client to ATR for that specific technical service or subscription.
• 6.3 Governing Law & Jurisdiction: This Disclaimer shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the substantive laws of India. Any legal actions, disputes, or proceedings arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive territorial jurisdiction of the District Court of Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India.
